Bridge was recognized as NAIOP Chicago’s Industrial Speculative Development of the Year – Large Scale for Bridge Point Melrose Park. Bridge Point Melrose Park is a three-building, 1,539,780 SF industrial project in Melrose Park, Illinois.

Bridge was recognized as NAIOP SoCal’s 2023 Developer of the Year. As of January 2023, Bridge had 11 new Class-A industrial buildings under development across Los Angeles County, totaling nearly 1.6 million square feet of development over 70 acres.

Bridge has been named a 2023 Green Lease Leader with Gold recognition in the Landlord category by The Institute for Market Transformation (IMT) and the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Better Buildings Alliance. Bridge has integrated green lease clauses in its standard form lease since 2021, as part of its efforts to promote sustainability and energy efficiency.

In 2023, Bridge received the New Good Neighbor Award by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association for its development of Bridge Point 78 Phase II – a 1.25 million-square-foot Class-A industrial facility that is fully leased to a third-party logistics platform.

Bridge was honored with the BOMA Southern Region’s 2022-2023 Industrial Building of the Year award for Bridge Point Commerce Center (BPCC). BPCC was submitted for Southern Region consideration as the winner of the BOMA Miami-Dade TOBYs. Qualifying winners at the regional level move on to the International competition. BPCC Phase I is a three building 1,108,798 SF industrial project in Miami Gardens, Florida – representing the first phase of the Miami Gardens campus that will be completed in 2024.

Bridge Point Commerce Center Phase I is a three building 1,108,798 SF industrial project in Miami Gardens, Florida – representing the first phase of the Miami Gardens campus that will be completed in 2024.

Bridge was recognized as BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches Property Manager of the Year. Property Manager of the Year represents recognition for contributions to the local chapters and the commercial real estate industry.

In 2022, Bridge was awarded Project of the Year by South Florida Business Journal for Bridge Point AVE in Miami.

Bridge Point North Phase III is a four-building, 919,279 SF industrial project in Waukegan, Illinois — representing the final phase of the 225-acre, master-planned campus that Bridge has been developing since 2015

Bridge was awarded the Industrial Impact Award at United Way of Northern New Jersey’s Legacy Event for Bridge Point 78 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. The 380-acre industrial park will encompass over 3.4 million square feet once complete.

BPN Phase III is a four-building, 919,279-square foot, Class A industrial project in Waukegan, Illinois — representing the final phase of the 225-acre, master-planned Bridge Point North campus that Bridge has been developing since 2015.

Bridge was recognized as NAIOP South Florida’s 2021 Developer of the Year. Bridge delivered and/or broke ground on more than 6.1 million square feet in South Florida in 2021.

Bridge was recognized as NAIOP Chicago’s 2021 Developer of the Year. Bridge acquired and/or completed development on over 4.4 million square feet across Chicagoland in 2021.

Bridge was honored with NAIOP Chicago’s 2021 Industrial Speculative Development of the Year award for Bridge Point Itasca. Formerly home to two landmark radio towers, the three-building campus features 741,162 SF of modern industrial space on 48-acres.

In 2021, Bridge Point Itasca was recognized as Industrial Project of the Year – Multi-Tenant by Illinois Real Estate Journal. The project was 66 percent leased within just one year of breaking ground to four noteworthy tenants.

In 2021, Bridge was honored with the New Good Neighbor Award by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association for its transformation of the former Ingersoll Rand manufacturing plant into Bridge Point 78 Phase I – a 2.2 million square foot industrial campus.

Bridge was honored with NAIOP Chicago’s 2020 Industrial Speculative Development of the Year award for Bridge Point Downers Grove Phase I & II. The three-building, 678,858 square foot campus is home to multiple high credit tenants including a publicly traded e-commerce company.

In 2020, Bridge was awarded Project of the Year by South Florida Business Journal for Bridge Point Commerce Center in Miami Gardens.

In 2020, Bridge Point 78 Phase I was named NAIOP-NJ’s Industrial Deal of the Year. Bridge redeveloped the former Ingersoll Rand plant into a Class-A industrial campus that will total 3.85 million square feet upon completion. Phase I consists of four warehouses totaling 2.2 million square feet.

In 2019, Bridge was honored by the City of Fort Lauderdale with the Community Appearance Award for its 221,542 square foot Class-A Bridge Point Riverbend project.

Bridge was recognized as NAIOP South Florida’s 2019 Developer of the Year. Bridge delivered and/or broke ground on more than 3.77 million square feet in South Florida in 2019.

Bridge was honored with NAIOP Chicago’s 2019 Industrial Speculative Development of the Year for Bridge Point Franklin Park. Totaling 754,103 square feet across three-buildings, Bridge Point Franklin park is a state-of-the-art industrial campus in the O’Hare/West Cook County submarket in Franklin Park.

Bridge was recognized as NAIOP Chicago’s 2019 Developer of the Year. Bridge delivered and/or broke ground on more than 5.2 million square feet in the Chicagoland area in 2019.

The sale of Bridge Point Franklin Park was recognized by Illinois Real Estate Journal as the Most Significant Industrial Transaction of 2019. The transaction of the three-building campus was one of the largest in the Chicago market over recent years.

In 2018, Bridgeport I Logistics Center was named NAIOP-NJ’s Industrial Deal of the Year. The project has been redeveloped into New Jersey’s premier industrial distribution campus containing 1.3 million square feet of modern distribution buildings.

In 2018, Bridge was honored by the City of Fort Lauderdale with the Community Appearance Award for its Bridge Point I-95 project.

Bridge was honored with NAIOP Chicago’s 2018 Industrial Speculative Development of the Year for Bridge Point 290 Phase I. The fully pre-leased 323,343 square foot speculative facility was the first to be delivered in the three-building business park in Cicero.

Bridge was named 2018 Developer of the Year at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards. Noteworthy projects in 2018 include Bridge Point 290 Phase I, Bridge Point Franklin Park Building I, and Bridge Point North Business Park Building III. These facilities are part of larger developments by Bridge.

Bridge was honored as Developer of the Year by NAIOP South Florida. Bridge delivered and/or broke ground on nearly 2 million square feet of Class-A industrial space regionwide in 2018.

In 2018, Bridge’s Bridge Point I-95 project in Fort Lauderdale was recognized as South Florida Business Journal’s Best Commercial Real Estate Project of the Year at its annual Structures Awards.

Bridge was honored with NAIOP South Florida’s 2017 Project of the Year for Bridge Point Crossroads, a four-building, 920,135 square foot Class-A industrial park in Hialeah Gardens.

Bridge was awarded with NAIOP Chicago’s 2017 Industrial Speculative Development of the Year for Bridge Point North I. The speculative 626,848 square foot facility was the first to deliver in the master-planned 225-acre business park.

Bridge was named NAIOP South Florida’s 2016 Developer of the Year. In 2016 alone, the South Florida team completed or broke ground on 1,226,597 million square feet of speculative Class-A industrial space.

Bridge was named NAIOP Chicago’s 2015 Developer of the Year. Projects in 2015 included BridgePoint Northlake, McCook, and Kenosha.

Bridge was recognized as 2015 Developer of the Year at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards for three critical market-shaping redevelopments: BridgePoint 94 in Libertyville, BridgePoint McCook, and BridgePoint Northlake.

In 2015, Bridge was honored with the Industrial Redevelopment of the Year award by NAIOP Chicago for Bridge Point Northlake, a 588,234 square foot Class-A facility.

In 2014, Bridge was awarded with NAIOP Chicago’s Industrial Redevelopment of the Year for Arlington Heights Cold Storage.

Bridge was recognized as the 2011 Developer of the Year at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards. Projects developed in 2011 included Woodridge, Aptakisic Creek, and 555 Aptakisic Corporate Center.
