2018: Deal of the Year by NAIOP New Jersey

In 2018, Bridgeport I Logistics Center was named NAIOP-NJ’s Industrial Deal of the Year. The project has been redeveloped into New Jersey’s premier industrial distribution campus containing 1.3 MSF of modern distribution buildings.

In 2018, Bridge was honored by the City of Fort Lauderdale with the Community Appearance Award for its Bridge Point I-95 project.

2017: Project of the Year by NAIOP South Florida

Bridge was honored with NAIOP South Florida’s 2017 Project of the Year for Bridge Point Crossroads, a four-building, 920,135 SF Class-A industrial park in Hialeah Gardens.

2017: Industrial Speculative Development of the Year by NAIOP Chicago

Bridge was awarded with NAIOP Chicago’s 2017 Industrial Speculative Development of the Year for Bridge Point North I. The speculative 626,848 SF facility was the first to deliver in the master- planned 225-acre business park.

2016: Developer of the Year by NAIOP South Florida

Bridge was named NAIOP South Florida’s 2016 Developer of the Year. In 2016 alone, the South Florida team completed or broke ground on 1,226,597 MSF of speculative Class-A industrial space.

2015: Developer of the Year

Bridge was recognized as Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2015 Developer of the Year for three critical market-shaping redevelopments: BridgePoint 94 in Libertyville, BridgePoint McCook, and BridgePoint Northlake.

2015: Industrial Redevelopment of the Year by NAIOP Chicago

In 2015, Bridge was honored with the Industrial Redevelopment of the Year award by NAIOP Chicago for Bridge Point Northlake, a 588,234 SF Class-A facility.

2015: Developer of the Year by NAIOP Chicago

Bridge was named NAIOP Chicago’s 2015 Developer of the Year. Projects in 2015 included BridgePoint Northlake, McCook, and Kenosha.

2014: Industrial Redevelopment of the Year by NAIOP Chicago

In 2014, Bridge was awarded with NAIOP Chicago’s Industrial Redevelopment of the Year for Arlington Heights Cold Storage.

2011: Developer of the Year

Bridge was recognized as Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2011 Developer of the Year. Projects developed in 2011 included Woodridge, Aptakisic Creek, and 555 Aptakisic Corporate Center.
