Bridge Development Partners Inks Industrial Lease with Mark Anthony Brewing, Inc. at Bridge Point 78
Bridge Development Partners, LLC announced today that Mark Anthony Brewing, Inc., a leading producer and distributor of fine wine, premium beer and Ready To Drink beverages, has signed a lease at Bridge Point 78 Phase I for 419,460 square feet.
Mark Anthony Brewing will use its space at Bridge Point 78 for the storage and distribution of White Claw beverages. It will begin its seven-year lease in May 2020, and is expected to employ approximately 100 employees on site once fully operational.
Based in Chicago, Mark Anthony Brewing provides product to essential businesses through local distributors across North America. The company is the second major tenant signed at Bridge Point 78, joining global fashion manufacturer Uniqlo, which in 2019 signed a lease to maintain a 975,761-square foot distribution center at the campus.
Mark Anthony Brewing was represented by Dan Wilkins of Cushman & Wakefield Chicago and Darryl Stephenson of Cushman & Wakefield New Jersey, and BRIDGE was represented jointly by CBRE’s Pennsylvania and Northern New Jersey offices.
“We’re excited to welcome one of the country’s most diversified and successful beverage companies to Bridge Point 78, which will create up to 100 jobs for residents of Warren County and the surrounding area,” said Milanaik. “This agreement helps further establish this area as an emerging hub for distribution and fulfillment services, and we look forward to bringing additional tenants aboard that can fuel continued economic growth across New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley.”
With easy access to I-78 and Route 22 as well as direct, toll-free access to the Port of Newark, Bridge Point 78 is strategically located for the shipping and logistics needs of modern industrial tenants. With space around the Turnpike corridor increasingly in short supply, Bridge Point 78 is meeting the strong demand for top-of-the-line warehouse facilities with superior highway connectivity to optimize operations for last-mile delivery users.
Construction on Phase II of Bridge Point 78 will begin in Summer 2020 and will encompass 1.65 million square feet across two buildings.
